Leadership Program for Chief Justices

2026-09-16

On October 22–23, 2026, EJAM will organize a two-day interactive training for Chief Justices focused on effective leadership and the responsibilities and challenges associated with their role.

The training will explore key aspects of judicial leadership, including preserving judicial independence, building collegiality, fostering judicial wellness, strengthening public confidence in the justice system, communicating effectively with the public, and leading change.
